(A week too late, cause I didn’t want to spoil anything and because I haven’t caught up on Episode 2 yet)

So, True Blood Season 5 started last Sunday and while most of us are still on the fence let’s just start off with the fact that everyone enjoyed seeing Eric’s naked ass bone his sister. And, the horrible receding hairline wolf that was killed last season, ends up getting eaten by his mom as some crazy wolfpack ritual.

Now that I may still have your attention, here are few more of my thoughts and concerns…

I was kinda disappointed to see my trampy baby vamp, Jessica, wyle out in a horrible “rock band” scene. However, I do not mind another lovely season with dumbass Stackhouse.

What’s up with fire starter Terry? It wasn’t the Southern belle ghost from last season? Now it’s some Middle Eastern ghost out to haunt them? I don’t know, but I don’t think I trust that dude from Felicity.

Lafayette needs to get it together! And thank gawd he cut off them horrible bead braids.

I was also, REALLY ok without another season of angry Tara but I guess shes back as a vamp slash zombie?

Overall, Pam’s Walmart sweatsuit was the highlight of the season opener. Everyone’s life is still hella ridiculous. And with Game of Thrones over, let’s face it we need a trashy summer hit to get down to every week. Oh, silly little True Blood love songs, it’s nice to have you back.
